Project management is a cross-disciplinary discipline, particularly in creative processes. Many of the skills required, e.g. administration, planning, casting, styling, location coordination, and on-set supervision are showcased throughout my Photo Production cases, where I’ve managed complex projects from concept to completion.
Danske Bank
For over 20 years, I’ve led the planning and execution of visual content projects for Danske Bank in close collaboration with their internal creative team, working alongside photographer Morten Larsen. I’ve managed all aspects of photo production, from casting, location scouting, and participant coordination to styling and on-set supervision, ensuring seamless alignment with the client’s creative vision and strategic goals. By overseeing the entire workflow, coordinating cross-functional teams, and keeping a hands-on approach throughout, I’ve helped translate strategy into tangible content while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
COPENHAGEN UNIVERSITY, DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMICS

A 10-day photo expedition to the Amazon and Andes Mountains in Peru, fully planned and managed from start to finish. I contributed to concept development at the execution level and coordinated all logistics, casting, locations, and on-set operations. Working closely with the client, I ensured the project translated brand identity and guidelines into a tailored image library for communication and sales materials. The images showcase the uniqueness and resilience of plants thriving in challenging environments. My role encompassed comprehensive project management, including planning, coordination, and hands-on oversight, resulting in a versatile image library that became a core element of Danisco’s visual identity, used in their corporate communications for many years.
